Shipping options

1. Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping is a reliable option with your order delivered to you within an estimated delivery time of 2 days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on your location. We aim to process and ship your order on the same day (if ordered before 3 p.m.).

2. Express shipping

If you would like to receive your order faster, we also offer express shipping. With this option, your order will be processed and shipped with priority, making the delivery time as short as possible. Please note that express shipping may incur additional charges.

3. International shipping

We also ship to Belgium and Germany. Please note that delivery time for international shipments may be longer than domestic shipments and will incur additional charges. During the checkout process we will clearly display available shipping options and associated costs so you can make an informed choice.

3. Bancontact (Belgium)

We offer the Bancontact payment method for customers in Belgium. With Bancontact you can pay quickly and securely via your own banking environment. You can complete your payment with your bank's trusted payment methods, such as Bancontact card or mobile app.

4. PayPal

We also accept payments via PayPal, a secure and globally recognized payment method. With PayPal you can pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account or credit card. It provides extra security by not sharing your financial information directly with the seller.

5. Transfer in advance

If you prefer a bank transfer, we offer the option to pay in advance. After placing your order, you will receive all necessary information by email to make the payment. Warranty Policy

What is the warranty policy on your products?

We strive to provide high-quality rechargeable table lamps and carry out strict quality checks before our products go out. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and therefore offer a warranty on our products. Below you will find our warranty policy:

  1. Warranty period

We offer a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects that occur under normal conditions of use.

Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that affect the functionality or performance of our rechargeable table lamps. This includes, for example, faulty switches, battery problems, charging port problems, lighting malfunctions and other similar defects.

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. In addition, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, prolonged humidity, or other external conditions beyond our control.

3. Warranty procedure

If you discover a defect within the warranty period, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately. We will guide you through the warranty procedure and provide you with instructions for returning the defective product. Please ensure you pack the product securely before returning it.

4. Assessment and repair/replacement

Upon receipt of the defective product, we will thoroughly assess it and verify the warranty claim. If the defect falls within the warranty terms, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. If an exact replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to offer a comparable product.

5. Shipping costs

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the defective product to us. If the product falls within the warranty conditions, we will reimburse the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product to you.

6. Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product under the terms of this warranty policy. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damage resulting from the use of our products.

Order and Return Policy

What is your order and return policy?

To order:

1. Placing an order

To place an order for any of our products, please visit our website and add the desired product to your shopping cart. Follow the instructions during the checkout process to complete your order. Make sure you provide the correct product variants, quantities, and shipping information.

2. Order confirmation

After placing your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation contains a summary of your order and associated details. Please check this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any inaccuracies.

3. Processing and shipping

Once your order has been received, we will process it as quickly as possible. We aim to ship your products within the stated processing time. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can track the progress of your delivery.

Returns:

  1. Returns Policy

We understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. Our returns policy is as follows:

  • Returns are only allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The returned products must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or valid order receipt.

2. Returns procedure

3. Costs and responsibility

Please note that the costs and responsibility for returns are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage as proof of return.

4. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase price excluding any shipping costs. Prices

Do all prices include VAT and shipping?

All prices on our webshop are shown in euros and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise. We strive to be transparent about the total costs of our products and have therefore already included VAT in the prices.

Please note that prices do not include any shipping costs unless otherwise stated during the checkout process. Shipping costs will be quoted separately and added to your order total before you complete payment.

If you require an invoice for your purchase, this will also be provided including VAT. The invoice contains a detailed breakdown of the costs, including the amount of VAT.
